The “Primatara Mansion” is a massive home sitting north of Springfield on a 188 acre horse farm. The Federal-style home is being built by Prime Trucking founder, Robert Low and has more than 70,000 square feet of living space.  Although numbers vary by source, the builder says the total covered floor space is 70,640 with 61,408 square foot being air conditioned. Other sources say the “official” square footage of the home is 50,500, which often excludes basement and exterior areas.

The exterior of the home is marble from Bulgaria that is being transported to Missouri specifically for this project.  It also showcases several marble columns that grace the front the front of the home.  The rear of the home also has extensive verandas that open up to the pool and gardens.

Inside the Primatara Mansion

A unique aspect of the home is the lower level garage that doubles as a 12-car garage and ballroom.  According to Purva Design Studio. the designer of the home, the lower level also includes a movie theater, indoor swimming pool, steam room, sauna, fitness center, locker rooms, two-lane bowling alley, gun room and gun range, and an all-seasons kitchen. Below this level, an elevator takes you to the 6,000 square foot wine cave, tasting room, and dining room.

The property is also the home of several barns that are home to thoroughbred horses.

The amazing home was designed by Richard Drummond Davis Architect based in Dallas. It was built by Killian Construction based in Springfield.
