Missouri’s Hidden European Estate: The Historic Imperial Mansion on the Mississippi

110 Overlook Court in Imperial, Missouri, is a historic estate designed by the famous architectural firm Maritz & Young in 1928. The mansion is situated on 4 acres with stunning views of the Mississippi River. It feels like a European Estate, but this Missouri Mansion is only 30 minutes south of St. Louis.

The residence features 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, encompassing around 4,354 square feet of living space. Architectural highlights include high beamed ceilings, original light fixtures, terrazzo floors, and massive limestone fireplaces. The chef’s kitchen is equipped with granite counters, a center island, double ovens, a Wolf gas range, Sub-Zero refrigerators, chestnut floors, and custom cabinetry.

Additional amenities comprise a sunroom/family room with river views, a primary bedroom with a barrel-vaulted ceiling and fireplace, a recreation room in the lower level, and an attached 2-car garage. There’s also a detached 6-car garage with an unfinished space above, accessible via a covered walkway.
