Airports in Missouri

Did you know there are more than 120 public use airports in Missouri. Some have millions of passengers a year, while others only see a few planes annually. Some are even hard to find! That because some are grass airstrips in remote parts of the Show Me State. There are even military airports, like Whiteman Air Force Base, where Stealth Bombers depart for missions around the world. And there are private airports where pilots take off and land for their own purposes.
The history of air travel also goes right through Missouri. Earlier aviation leaders like Albert Bond Lambert paved the way for St. Louis to become the focal point of the flight of Charles Lindberg. And the Spirit of St. Louis is still alive and well in the Show Me State.

Here is the list of Missouri airports, from most Enplanements to the fewest.
